ScalaTest/Scalactic 3.2.3 Release Notes

ScalaTest/Scalactic 3.2.3 (for Scala 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, and 2.13; on the JVM, JavaScript, native, and Dotty) includes the enhancements and bug fixes listed below. No source code using ScalaTest/Scalactic 3.2.2 should break, and this release is binary compatible with 3.2.2.

ScalaTest


ScalaTest 3.2.3 is a minor release of ScalaTest that makes a few changes, and supports Scala.js 1.3.0 and Dotty/Scala 3.0.0-M1.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed NotSerializableException when TryValues or EitherValues raise assertion failure. (PR#1884)

Improvements

  • Bumped sbt-osgi version to 0.9.6, for JDK 15 compat (PR#1899)
  • Updated to use Scala-js 1.3.0. (PR#1911)
  • Updated to use Scala/Dotty 1.0.0-M1. (PR#1919)

Deprecations

ScalaTest 3.2.3 contains no new deprecations.

Improvements
